About The Host

Karen Ballesteros is the host of No Restrictions Podcast and the owner of No Restrictions Apparel. Throughout high school and university, Karen struggled with social anxiety, depression and a restrictive eating disorder. The only thing that really helped her pull herself out from her rock bottom was powerlifting. Having experienced the positive impacts of the sport on her mental health, she launched No Restrictions to help break the stigma of talking about mental health within powerlifting.
