30-Day Refund Policy

Yay! Your shipment has arrived safe & sound. But if you're not completely satisfied with it, send us an email with the subject line: "REFUND: Order [order number]" to norestrictionsapp.info@gmail.com

We offer a full refund on new, unworn, and unwashed merchandise provided that we are notified of a refund (return) request within 30 days. Gift cards and final sale products (marked with [FINAL SALE]) are not eligible for refunds.

In order to be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. We do carefully inspect all items, so please be extra careful when trying on items (i.e. remove make-up and do not apply perfume and other fragranced products).

If the item(s) is not in its original condition (i.e. pet hair, makeup stains, smoke or food odour, visibly worn, etc.) you will be responsible for loss in value, and not eligible for a refund. The items will be shipped back to you at your cost, or donated upon request.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of items received. Generally, it takes 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged Item Received:

Oh no! In the rare occasion you received a damaged product, please contact us right away with your order number at norestrictionsapp.info@gmail.com to arrange a replacement (we'll cover shipping) or a refund. If you choose to keep the damaged item, a refund will apply according to the extent of damage excluding shipping.

Wrong Item Received:

Oops. Sorry about that! Contact us right away with your order number and we'll take care of it, send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item and once it's tracking send out the correct products (we'll cover shipping).
