Inspiration

Remember when you decided that you had had enough and decided to take back control over your life? Maybe it was scheduling your first therapy session; when you first told someone you trust about your struggles; or when someone said something that shook you to your core.

"Screw this, I'm out!"

Translation:
I'm done with feeling sorry for myself and letting life happen to me. I may not be able to make my struggles disappear into thin air, but I will do what I can to minimize their impact on my life. I'm in control now and I'm going to dig myself out of this mess!

Vibe Check 10/10

This shirt is a 10/10. Not only is the graphic a whole vibe, the material is so soft. The fit = amazing, it's slightly close but not tight. I struggle with sensory issues and tshirts (collars too close to my neck, sleeves fit long or short and usually too tight) so it's really hard for me to find one I can wear in the gym.

Thrilled to find this gem !

IT'S A VIBE!

First off - these shirts are so soft and comfortable. They're also extremely durable for a material that is so soft on the body. I have OG NR shirts that are still holding up after a ton of use.

This shirt - it's a whole vibe for me. It's a strong reminder to set boundaries, even with myself. And sometimes I put it on to just tell the world to bugger off and leave me alone. ADORE IT.

You Had Me At Flaming Skeleton Middle Finger 💚

Secret time? I bought this having no sweet clue what "Screw This, I'm Out!" actually meant. I just thought it was a cool shirt. So if that isn't a clear indication that this brand mission is a successful one (mental health apparel you'll actually want to wear) then I don't know what to tell you. I'll level with you though, mmkay? I really am one of those black-is-my-happy-colour, it's-not-a-phase-mom muscle goths. I've been mentally ill my whole life and not a single one of the soft 'n' fuzzy slogans you see out there has ever resonated with me, let alone made me want to wear it on a shirt. "Screw this, I'm out!" *is* a cool shirt (come on, man. A bird-flipping skeleton riding a tiger surrounded by fire?) but its message is even cooler. And when someone asks what it means, you'll get to explain to them that it's actually very cool to be open about mental health struggles. Cool?

P.s. I typically wear a size L, and this shirt fits like a dream. Those with ample chest and broad shoulders rejoice!
